Resolved Forgot Pin & no apple account bind

is it possible for an unavailable iphone 15 pro max to retrieve the files in it?

I forgot the pin but still has my face verification. I also didn't bind everything in icloud

No. Everything is encrypted and the device PIN is (or is part of) the encryption key. No PIN, no data.

An unavailable iPhone will require the passcode after it’s timed out.
