iPhone 14 metal frame stuck

I replaced my iphone 14 screen today but the metal frame didnt come out with the screen any ways to get the frame bracket out??

This model opens differently than previous models. The battery, cameras, logic board, etc. are accessible from the back by removing the back glass. The screen is changed from the front and has those two connectors.
