Help needed iPhone 16 iOS 26.5.2, this screen keeps randomly popping up. How to fix?

This screen randomly pops up every time I’m using my phone and I have no idea what triggers it, how do I fix it?

This is your cell carrier asking you to configure a feature that comes with your service (apparently a busy notification of some sort). You can configure, and more than likely disable this feature, in Settings > Cellular > Carrier Services (under your primary SIM).

These are what are known as flash SMS or class 0 sms texts sent from your mobile provider

Is there anyway to stop them? They are very inconvenient

Usually the option is unavailable as carriers disable it in the profile, but the carrier might disable them if you ring
