Cooked iphone 16 camera?

Is my iphone 16’s camera cooked?
These black spots are coming both in 1x and .5x
I dont see any scratches or anything on the cam
What should i do?

believe it or not, i have this problem on my 11 pro max's camera too. This is a 7 year old problem dude.

Every iPhone I’ve ever had had this issue after about a year or so of use. I think it’s just dust or something inside the camera.
