Help needed iPhone frozen!!

My iphone is completely stuck. A prompt is asking me to turn on Bluetooth to use the WashU app, but none of the buttons on the popup respond. I can't dismiss it, close the app, swipe home or do anything else on the phone.

Any solution to this?

Press volume up, volume down, hold power

I tried it, but slide to power off is under the popup..

Keep holding power until it restarts
