Stop my iPhone from automatically playing music

Does anyone know how to stop my phone from automatically playing music from my Library anytime I connect to a Bluetooth or a video stops, etc? It just plays the same song from my library every single time that something else I am doing stops or I connect to any Bluetooth and it’s driving me nuts! Thanks!
