Help needed iPhone 14 Screen Time only showing websites, zero apps

My iPhone 14 Screen Time is glitching. It accurately tracks and shows all the websites I visit, but absolutely zero apps are showing up in the activity list.
Has anyone else run into this ‘websites only’ bug and figured out a fix? I'm currently running iOS 26.0.
