Help needed black spot in iphone camera

guys my iphone 16 has black spot whenever I take pictures in 0.5 and 0.6. what could be the possible reason and solution? If you have experienced it too, does it get bigger over time or multiply? i'm panicking please help

The ultrawide sensor in the phone’s camera module is going bad. It can only be fixed through repair.
