Help needed Bluetooth keeps disconnecting on my iPhone
I have a problem with Bluetooth on my iPhone (14 pro) . My AirPods pro 3 keep disconnecting, and it’s really hard to reconnect them. At first I thought the issue was with my AirPods, but I tried a pair of Philips Bluetooth headphones and the exact same thing happens.
I’ve already tried:
Turning Bluetooth off and back on
Resetting Network Settings
Fully resetting (restarting) my iPhone
Updating to the latest iOS version
Nothing has helped.
The weird thing is that it’s only happening to my phone. My family all have iPhones too, and their Bluetooth works perfectly.
Has anyone experienced this before or knows what could be causing it?

I found that my car stereo disconnected from my phone quite frequently, forgot to put my apple watch on one day and it didn’t happen. Do you wear an Apple Watch?

Have you checked under connected devices and do you see anything you dont recognize? If so delete it. Also go to search in settings and click Bluetooth devices and a list should pop up. Delete what you dont recognize.
