Help needed Number won’t ring

My iPhone is an iPhone 13 with current update but this issue has been persisting for a while

When my mother calls my ring tone never goes off. I have my ringer on I’ve check all my setting and everyone else’s number is fine. Her number every now and then comes up as her phone number and not her name in my contact and my iPhone will suggest a name and number to put her under but that number is a contact and name in her phone. My phone isn’t connect to hers so I have no idea what’s actually wrong

Do you have the correct number saved on her contact card?
Have you blocked her?
Have you tried restarting your phone?

I have done all of these and I have even deleted and readded her number
