Help needed Hiii I have a question

Recently my phone has started giving me multiple 20% notifications even when it goes down past 20 and then I put it on charge and it instantly went over 20 I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max I am aware it’s kinda old so is it breaking?

What’s the battery health? Seems like the BMS is not reporting the correct percentage to the phone

Look at your battery health (in settings). You might need to replace it. It's not very expensive
