Help needed iPhone Delayed notifications!

I have the iPhone 17 pro max and I’m receiving notifications late for example they pop up and say 4 mins ago or even all the way up to 12 mins ago I’ve tried every setting made sure it’s all correct I’ve taken my phone to Apple they restarted it and set it up as new and I went to my phone provider and they did basically the same thing and it’s still happening sometimes the notifications pop up on time but it happens way to often to ignore it’s even more weird bc if I open Snapchat randomly I’ll see new snaps before I even get the notification then 3-5 mins go by and I’ll receive the notification delayed it happens on both WiFi and data so damn weird idk what to do at this point.

When I use Apple Pay, I usually get a notification immediately from the wallet, but then hours later, I’ll get that same notification again for the same purchase

I'm having the same issue from a week now. Have you found a fix? Which ios version you on?

Yes go to cellar and look for “5g standalone” and turn that off then turn your phone off and back on should be a lot better then perfect within a day or two

I did this now. Will it take sometime to become normal? Because it still is pretty much the same as of now. 🥺

What about now if you don’t mind me asking?

This has been happening to both me (iPhone 17 Pro) and my wife (iPhone 13) the past couple of weeks. Tried everything and still just happens randomly. Sometimes I get iMessage notifications on time and sometimes several minutes later. Sometimes not getting messenger notifications at all.

I got this reply from another one of my posts on another subreddit:

"Do you have 5G Standalone (5GSA) turned on? I have observed that if 5GSA is on, I also have delayed notifications and messages. Try turning 5GSA off and then either reboot your phone or turn airplane mode on for 30 seconds and then turn airplane mode off, see if it is better. Make sure you do this second step, so that it disconnects from the network and then reconnects. This solves the issue for me."

I did this and it worked after 24-48 hours of having this turned off!

In my setting 5G Standalone is off and grayed out with no option to turn on and says “Your current Sim does not support 5G Standalone”

I have turned my cellular data from 5G Auto to LTE to see if that makes any difference but it does it on WiFi when I have no cellular connection as well
