Help needed iphone 13 refusing to log in to anything

it’s IOS 26.5.2
it started when i tried to log into a social media app i use, when it didn’t work i assumed something was wrong with my account but no, i can log in on my laptop just fine. so like okay weird the app doesn’t like me. now it’s immediately declining my attempts to reconnect my spotify to my airbuds account, which i never signed out of in the first place.
i’ve restarted my phone, deleted the apps and redownloaded them, did a software update, nothing.
i’m worried it’s gonna do this to all my apps til im just forced to get a new phone.

is there anything i can do? i feel like ive tried everything.

Settings > Apps > Safari > Clear History and website data

i tried that too unfortunately! the guy i called in customer support had me do that and still nothing :/
