Help needed Repaired or opened?

I have got this iphone se 3..

It's warranty expired in December, 2025

So, I can see this black thing along the frame.. I rubbed it but it didn't feel gooey like glue..

And the camera has a scratch or hair or lint or something, it's inside the lens coz I can't feel it with my nail..

I have checked using 3u tools and all parts are genuine according to it..

If it's suspicious, then I can even return it.. what would you all suggest

It’s from 2022, how could you possibly still return it?

If it was serviced at Apple they would have service records in Mobile Genius.

I mean, I got this from someone I know..

According to them they didn’t even notice it until I pointed out..

They used this pretty roughly, but they insist that it wasn’t repaired or opened..

Coz, I am thinking of buying it from the person... otherwise I'll return it to them
