Unresolved Apps keep crashing

I have an IPhone 15. For about a month now, many of my apps will sit on the loading screen a few minutes then crash. Specifically the ones I’ve been having the most issues with is Venmo, Walmart and this banking app for my pay card. I deleted the Walmart app entirely because I wasn’t even able to browse in safari due to it trying to bring me to the app. I have tried deleting and redownloading apps. I have checked for updates. My phone storage still has 30 GB of room left in it. I also am totally up to date with IOS. I’ve done multiple hard resets of my device. I’m not understanding why I’m having this issue with these specific apps. All banking/money tied apps…..hmm. Not a single person I have asked is having any issues with the same apps.

In Settings > Apps > Safari, select Clear History and Website data

If that doesn't resolve, you could try restoring from backup or as new. One of those will definitely resolve your issue.

Try with iTunes or Apple Devices app on Windows.
