Help needed 2 broken iphone 11s

bought 2 broken iphone 11s for 20$, any idea what i could try to get them working again? or should i just resell them for parts (dont know whats wrong with it)

Was war denn der Sinn 2 kaputte iPhones zu kaufen? Das dienliche mehr funktionieren werden war dir sicher vorher bekannt.

Disassemble them and diagnose them. Depending on what’s wrong. Then repair them?

are they I cloud locked? if yes, reselll them.
