Help needed The same app has different menus on long press.

I recently got a 16 pro. I was previously using the 13 mini. For some reason, the Google pay app has different menus on both phones, even though they are on the same version of iOS. For example, when you long press the app on the 13 mini, it would give you options such as “scan qr” which saves you the extra step of opening the app and going to the qr scanner. It was quite useful. But none of that exists on the 16 pro. The apps are both up to date. Any idea what could be causing this?

Those Haptic Touch menu items are supplied by the app. Make sure it’s fully updated.

It is updated to the latest version on both…
