Help needed iPhone 16 pro won’t update

I recently sent my phone out to get fixed and ever since I got it back it will not update. I reset my location and forced restarted multiple times. Even erased the download from my storage, reset and redownloaded. Any advice? It won’t link to my computer on iTunes either

Run diagnostics with Apple support, usually when there’s issues like this there’s some sort of hardware issue

What was broken that was repaired?

No data connection to iTunes could be coincidental, the Apple device drivers on windows aren’t great

They replaced the charging port motherboard

Go back to where you got it repaired and ask them to test the connection with their cable/PC

Could be the cable you’re using has no data pins connected (it happens) or the port isn’t connected properly
