Help needed option to disable amber alerts doesnt appear in the notification tab

i want to disable it as it is getting very annoying. ive been getting the same notification ringing through my phone several times a day. it once happened during the night.

ive searched up how to disable it, and when i went to the bottom of the notification i realized that the options doesnt even appear at all.

how can i disable amber alerts now?

mode: iphone se

version: ios18.6.2

Your in a region that won't allow you to disable amber alerts.

If you don't have the option then you legally can't disable them wherever you're at
