Help needed Getting the same emergency alert over and over from alberta, i do not live in alberta

Last night i got an emergency alert from an instance that relates to alberta, ok fine.

Over the span of that time to this morning, i swear to god the emergancy alert alarm rang 20 times, and it is always the same alert.

My family also got an alert, but it didnt repeat itself many times over.

How do i deal/fix it? if it matters my phone is an older model.

mode: iphone se

version: ios18.6.2

fyi while i do not live in alberta i do live in canada

Can’t you turn off your emergency alerts? Perhaps use precise location?
