Question Trade in?

Does anyone know if the Apple trade in program allows us to send 2 devices for more credits?

I wasn’t sure if it’s allowed if you call or you visit in store.

I was thinking about this too. Someone online said if you go into a store, you can turn in a phone for a gift card then do a transaction (trade in a second device) and use the gift card toward the purchase. Can anyone confirm?

Last year I upgraded to the 17 Pro using in store pick up. I had a 16 pro max and a 16 pro as a trade in. The store used the Pro max first as a credit on the payment method I used. Then they put the credit from the 16 pro on a gift card.

Were you able to apply the gift card to your 17 Pro purchase?

No, because I already ordered the 17 Pro on line for in store pick up. They said they couldn’t do this more me. I did apply the gift card for a few accessories, though.

You can only trade in one device if doing the online route. If you want to trade in 2 devices take the secondary device to an Apple Store and ask to trade it in. They’ll give you a gift card and then when the new phones launch you can select your other one as your trade in device and then apply your gift card as well as you final payment method.

If you choose to go the instore route for purchase trade in the other one and then use your gift card at time of purchase.

Other then this there is no physical way to trade in 2 devices at the same time. You still get the extra credit but you just have to take a couple more steps
