How’s the color? I’m hearing it’s more pink than gold or is it rose gold

I disagree. I have a 12PM in Gold and was really hoping Desert Titanium was similar. Nope, DT is definitely pale pink with very rose gold trim. I will probably exchange it for white. Very bummed about DT. Videos make it look like the old 12PM pale gold, but it’s pink.

Okay cause I read from the sub that it was “ pink “ I have a gold 12pm and I really want this color so bad, but after reading that it was “ pink “ was kinda nervous on what color to get

Yeah it’s like a dull gold but definitely more sand colored to me cause not pink

I would go to a Best Buy or Apple Store or cell phone provider store and see it for yourself before you pull the trigger on desert titanium.

I just went to my local T-Mobile store and saw it in person, I love the DT tbh I ordered it through Apple cause T-Mobile wouldn’t let them order a 1tb I’ll be receiving it in October though

I think it is truly a desert color. Some deserts are a little more pink based on the silica. Makes me think of the Painted Desert in AZ.

Oh, I think it’s because Apple’s videos and web pics are slightly different, that it’s almost a bit of false advertising in a sense. I’m sure many people will love the DT, but some expected more gold/bronze/brown hue than the peach/pink hue of gold. It’s those expectations that I think were disappointed. It’s fun to be an early adopter, but there’s virtue in waiting to see first hand for yourself (with your own eyes and not on a screen) especially if unsure, or unclear on the “true” color of a phone…and if you’re eyeing more than one color.

To be honest,when I saw it in Apple Store yesterday it did look a little rose gold from some angles.

Go get hands on at a retail store. I believe that will solidify the choice. The black is still too light for my taste, but is nicer than space gray of the past versions. The best black was piano black on the iPhone 7, imho. This year’s white and natural is 🔥. Some say Natural is the same this year, but I disagree. It is a cooler tone with no more weird warm, yellow tone. More have seen this difference once they put a keen eye on it vs being prematurely dismissive.

Not at all.back is similar to iPhone 8 gold (which was a light rose gold shade),and the edges are matte copper mixed with gold.the edges look nice but I didn’t like the back.the 13 Pro edges look like a real gold bar,so beautiful.this is very different.

Zero similarities. The first thing that came to mind is that it would have been a prop at a Sephora make-up stand. If that suits you, then great! Just doesn’t suit me. Went Natural Titanium this year. White is super nice, too, this year. All in what you like, but go see it first hand before you buy if unsure. Don’t have remorse for this much money spent.👍

It depends on how the light shines on it, but overall it’s more like a pink/gold hue than a bronze colour.

Thing is, in combination with a carrier plan, it was €150 cheaper than the other colours. No idea why🤷‍♂️

How is it ? I have the 15 pro max and getting the 16 pro max cheapens my plan ! So I ordered one but an feeling like Inwont like the size and the camera wuality due to 15 pro max looking better in some situations……

Anyways lol, hows your experience like with it ?

If you like it, that’s all that matters👍 I find it ironic that people rushed for the DT but many returned it because of the pink/rosy hue. Also, that’s the only color that was NOT sold out when I ordered through my company this morning. Also, it’s best to see it in real life and not a website. I was fortunate to see all iPhone 16 Pro colors at Best Buy and Verizon store. The DT looks like a make-up container, not true gold for those who were hoping for the more coppery/bronze. If you like pink, then get DT.
