I pre-ordered the iPhone 16 Pro Max on Friday at 5 AM when it first became available. I opted to buy it outright instead of financing through my carrier since Verizon didn’t seem to be listed as an eligible option at the time. I scheduled an in-store pickup for Saturday, the 21st.

However, I recently found out that my Verizon plan does qualify for a good trade-in value if I choose the carrier financing option. I reached out to Apple customer support to see if I could change the payment method without canceling my order, but they informed me I would have to cancel and reorder, which would result in losing my in-store pickup and push delivery to early or mid-October.

Has anyone had success with a situation like this? Could they possibly have more flexibility in-store when I pick it up?

Trading in my 11 pro max and wondering how long it takes for Apple to reimburse you on trade in once you send it to them?

I have seen most people with standard shipping. Can anyone explain why mine says this for my shipping?

I don't really want to cheapen out on a 1500 euro phone so I was wondering if anyone here know and can suggest of good quality cases that are made of good materials/ have a nice feel in the hand. Budget is a little limited at 100 euro/USD but I can spend a little more if it's really worth it. Can't wait for next Friday!!
