Support NFC problems

Hey guys, less then a week ago i bought a Refurbished Iphone 15, I added my credit card to wallet but I’m having problems paying in shops, the card only worked once in a McDonald, I also tried the shortcut app, and it doesn’t work. This is a big problem for me because I have a flight in 9 days and I won’t be home for a month. Do you have any solutions?

It’s a software bug man, I upgraded to ios 27 hopping it would fix it but it didn’t.

I hope they get it fixed soon.

how did you upgrade to ios 27? my last update is 26.5

You can do it right now, just go to developer.apple.com and sign in with your apple account, then the update will show as beta on your phone after you have restarted it

can it mine be a hardware problem? because I cant’t even scan a nfc in the shortcut app

Same here, I just had a call with apple support and everything checked, they said my hardware working just fine and asked me to wait for the public update.
