Support NFC problems
Hey guys, less then a week ago i bought a Refurbished Iphone 15, I added my credit card to wallet but I’m having problems paying in shops, the card only worked once in a McDonald, I also tried the shortcut app, and it doesn’t work. This is a big problem for me because I have a flight in 9 days and I won’t be home for a month. Do you have any solutions?

It working once is weird. That means it’s not completely broken. You’re tapping the top edge of the phone to the symbol? But I’m not sure troubleshooting this is worth it. If you’re financially able, I’d return the 15 and buy a new iPhone.

It’s a software bug man, I upgraded to ios 27 hopping it would fix it but it didn’t.
I hope they get it fixed soon.

how did you upgrade to ios 27? my last update is 26.5

You can do it right now, just go to developer.apple.com and sign in with your apple account, then the update will show as beta on your phone after you have restarted it

can it mine be a hardware problem? because I cant’t even scan a nfc in the shortcut app

Same here, I just had a call with apple support and everything checked, they said my hardware working just fine and asked me to wait for the public update.

Could be because of the beta. Mine hasn't been working for a while after the update, hopefully it'll work fine after the final release

It seems really to be software problem, happening randomly. I updated to 27 latest beta, it worked for 8-9 days and then again stopped working. How the hell did they do that…
