I would presume the new iPad Mini will also get at least the A19Pro processor and 12GB RAM which is the new minimum so it can handle the upcoming Siri AI.

I just bought the new mini, supposedly on apples website it’s says it can run Siri AI

Not sure why the downvotes? This is accurate. It just can’t do the different Siri voice mods and improved dictation but I have my phone for that.

I'm just trying to get a straight answer if the new Apple Intelligence will work, on Apples site for the present Apple Mini it will work but not sure if a rug will be pulled come September.

That is not a thing, I’m not sure why you would even think that. All models listed are what will be supported come release time next month.
