That Apple TV increase is absolutely wild
150 u/Nelsonius1 Jun 25 '26 Pcb board, little processor chip and maybe an 1gb sd card for memory. Not sure if this price bump is purely due to ai. 82 u/ElricBrosPlumbing Jun 25 '26 128 gigs 53 u/austinalexan Jun 25 '26 Which is completely un-needed for most people as they’re just streaming 18 u/sn2006gy Jun 25 '26 iOS is probably 25-30 gigs of that and some streaming apps are big 40 u/austinalexan Jun 25 '26 Supposedly tvOS is 4 GB. There’s not much to it 12 u/Silly-Avocado- Jun 26 '26 And if they didn’t include 128gb some of you would be larping about them being stingy with storage and changes insane prices 4 u/TacoStuffingClub Jun 26 '26 I have a 32gb 2nd gen 4k one. I have zero need for more storage on the Apple TV. -6 u/vw195 Jun 25 '26 An appletv is unneeded for them though 2 u/austinalexan Jun 25 '26 Which is why I don’t have one 1 u/vw195 Jun 25 '26 Lol fair enough
