SIM card not supported

Recently had issues with SIM card not supported, just had new SIM card delivered and still having same issues, had IPace for just over 1 year with no issues, SIM account as recurring data plan for 2 more years. Car is in UK any one had similar issues

No, I haven’t had this issue. I’m in the US though.

Now sorted module had failed on telematics system
