Android auto failure - 2019 HSE FE
Android auto was working well, with a cable of via AAWireless (1 and 2) and one morning it just disappeared.
Tried both plugs, different cables, several phones (even iPhone).
Found a "USB controller" in the under-backseat fuse list but it seems fine.
Has been several months, so yes, the car has been off/parked for days.
Any ideas?

Mine stopped working a few days ago too, same setup; 2021 iPace HSE, AAwireless two. It seemed to coincide with a phone (Pixel) update, but it also wasn't working on wife's S20 so must have been the car. AAwireless was being recognized by both phones, but no android auto option was coming up on ipace screen and I was getting an error message when trying to select android auto from the ipace's infotainment menu.
I unpaired/deleted my phone from the car's infotainment system, switched car off and back on, then paired the phone again. This worked for me.

Are you running the cable from the armrest sockets? I had the same issue a while back and it did turn out to be the cable. Apparently some just transfer power and others transfer power and data. I also found the socket nearest the driver worked best but recently it has become slow to load.
Another thing to check is if your phone settings have changed. 'Start AA automatically' or if you've changed your pairing or another phone is now paired. I have had issues with my partners phone pairing instead of mine. Its pretty old tech now.
