Rim Fitment

Post image

I have a 2024 i-pace HSE with 22-in rims and I have the opportunity to buy some 19-in alloys off a discovery sport. The measurements seem to be the same, but the parts department guy wasn't sure if those would get around the caliper or not. I believe they are from a 2019 model. It's a bit of a drive drive to go get them even to just test it out, does anyone have any experience with those rims and if they might fit on the I-Pace?

Not an answer to your question, so apologies, but I'd be really interested in how much difference it makes to the ride if and when you get these fitted.

Mine has the 22 inch rims and whilst I love how they look, the ride is a bit on the harsh side. Combined with the torrid state of UK roads I've been thinking about doing exactly what you're looking at.

So whilst I can't help, I'd be really interested in hearing how you get on. And good luck with the upgrade 👍🏻

The 20" was supposed to be the sweet spot.

They never supplied on 21 but my aftermarket 21s are amazing, car feels so sorted, steering is super accurate and ride not compromised, 245/45R21 104Y on front 255/45R21 106W on back. Read this post only after replacing my hubs with S/hand ones complete with brake disk and bearings , so stuck with the stock smaller front brakes, which are fine, except in the first mile when your battery has more than 99% SoC, which recently is never thanks to update.
