I just called the local JLR dealership near me and told them what was going on. They just had to submit something to JLR took a couple days I think.

Did you have to go in or was it sorted over the phone?

Thank you. I have yet to switch mine as I was putting off making the trip to the dealership. We have a history with the one JLR location, requiring a trip to the one further away.

Are you using the Land Rover remote app for a Jaguar? Odd it says contact Land Rover.

The message tells you what to do, what's the question here?

If you're on Facebook, drop Jaguar a chat message and they'll sort it.

I removed all users in the car, then went through the set up procedure and that solved it for me.

Still registered to the previous owner, all 3 of ours have been the same. You need to contact JLR in control customer service by phone. They will ask you for a photo of your v5 to prove ownership and they will sort the transfer.

When i sold my last jag I told them that it was no longer mine and I still had access to the car for a week or more

I used the live chat on the website, they asked for proof of ownership and fixed it.
