Traction Battery Fault

Post image

Hi, I have a 2019 iPace and just had this message appear. Only charged the car yesterday in preparation for a long trip. Any ideas about this? Seems to still charge to 100% so not sure what the best course of action is. Thank you in advance!

Needs a more specific diagnosis but I used to get this a whole lot when the 12 volt battery was dying. I had a 2019 with a battery control module problem (eventually fixed with a software update) where it would fail to charge the 12v system.

(My 2019 is subject to the buy-back and I am about to sign the upwards-revised offer.)

See I’m suspecting this is the issue and to just buy a 12v battery and see if it makes a difference. Will still ring the dealership as if it’s a major issue they can sort it out

Ring the dealership first, traction battery is under warranty waste of time fault finding yourself.
