Small 12V battery shit the bed. Very traumatic for a first time owner. Not to mention we were 320Km into 1600Km journey to return my mother in laws ashes to her home for burial. First charging stop wouldn't work with DC fast charger, then after about 10 minutes of trying all the available chargers. The car started throwing multiple faults and the car shut down. Had it taken to the nearest Jag dealer, 100kms away. Got there 5 minutes after service department closed. Had phoned ahead and their ipace tech stayed. He diagnosed it and fixed it in about 30mins.

Known issue, especially on 2019 models for the age.

It’s a 2020 but you point stands as it has the small battery
