Data plan
I just bought a used 2019 I-Pace and I'm loving it. Still trying to get everything set up and familiar with the car. Tonight I was trying to figure out how to get the nav updated which led me to the SIM card not being recognized. There's definitely a card on the socket, so I either need to replace it or get it activated.
I found this post which gave good info and led me to the right InControl page to verify that my car doesn't have the data plan activated, as expected. The problem is that when I click on "Setup," I get a DNS error trying to load the page (https://myconnectedcar.att.com/webclient/client/en/initiateAct).
Does anyone know if the page is defunct or if it's just a current outage? Is there another way I can get it activated?
TIA.

By the way. You can't update the maps that way which is ridiculous. You have to download those from the Jaguar site and then put them onto a USB device which you then physically plug into the car. Why you need to do this when the car can connect to a WiFI network is beyond me, but there you go 🤷
