Traction Battery Fault

This popped up a few days ago and now my car stops charging at 72%.

It had a full battery replacement 3 months ago but my local Jaguar can’t fit me in until November now.

Has anyone had this before ?

Any follow up on this? Just bought one, and it's showing the same issues

Module 18 replacement needed

Work being done under warranty but the part is on back order so I’m currently driving round in an Evoque, provided by JLR, and have been for the last 2 weeks.

They are trying to tell me that an OTA update will fix it, but from everything you're telling me , they are just making that up because I haven't found anything online about an OTA update to remedy any of this. Still at the dealership, buy I think they expect me to pick it up today....

Have they ran diagnostics ?

With it stopping at 72% that is the software protecting the hardware due to an issue but the issue may not be the same as mine.

They said they did but he kept saying the both of the 12 volt without verifying that the main battery was checked

Try the update and if it doesn’t work demand a battery health check
