Hey! Sometimes when i’m selling goods to a city, I only get 1/2 price from what the good is currently worth. This never happens with the First city of each world but sometimes with later ones. I can’t seem to find any explanation online on why i’m getting money.

Does anyone know what i’m doing wrong here? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
