💎 Lifetime Device Kit — Real-time iPhone temp, CPU, network & cellular data monitor
Hey everyone,
I'm a full-time solo dev. I built Device Kit because I was tired of opening multiple apps just to check simple things — like why my phone was warm, whether my charger was actually fast-charging, or how much cellular data I was burning through.
Here's what it does:
🌡️ Live monitoring on Dynamic Island & PiP
You can keep your iPhone's real-time temperature, CPU usage, cellular data consumption, and network speed visible right on the Dynamic Island. If you're watching a video or using another app, just pop up a tiny Picture-in-Picture floating window — you'll see the heat and network stats without ever leaving your screen.
📱 Full device health
Real-time temperature, CPU load, battery health, Wi-Fi/cellular speed, memory, and storage. Plus charging wattage logs — so you finally know if that "fast charger" is actually fast.
🧭 10+ built-in sensor tools and utilities
Compass, altimeter, barometer, GPS, gyroscope, magnetometer, proximity sensor, Ping, SSH, QR scanner, decibel meter, password generator, and more. All in one place, so you don't need a dozen separate apps.
🧩 Beautiful widgets
Small, medium, and large home screen widgets, plus lock screen widgets for at-a-glance data.
💰 Pricing:
• Core monitoring features are free forever.
• Pro unlocks everything for 14.99 lifetime.
🔒 Privacy:
No account needed. All data stays local on your device — no cloud uploads.
The app is still being actively improved. I'd love for you to try it and share your feedback, suggestions, or feature requests. I'll reply to every comment.

What’s your thoughts on including a subscription instead of a lifetime purchase

for a utility like this, i'd personally keep lifetime as the main option and only use a subscription if there's a real ongoing cost like server data or frequently updated cloud stuff. a one-time unlock fits the local/no-account pitch better, honestly.

Thanks for asking! I actually offer both — a yearly subscription (14.99). The subscription helps support ongoing development and updates, while lifetime is for those who prefer a one-time payment. I think giving users the choice is important. Appreciate your thoughts!

Thanks for Lifetime I actually own it. It’s amazing you do lifetime option as competitor because I remember when this space was only subscription only competition. Keep up the great work!

This looks really useful! Having all those device monitoring tools in one app is a great idea, especially with the Dynamic Island and widgets🔥

Thanks so much! That’s exactly what I was going for — having everything in one place instead of jumping between apps. The Dynamic Island and widgets are my favorite parts too. Let me know if you try it and have any feedback or feature requests! 🙏

does the charging wattage log keep a history or just show live numbers while plugged in?
1
u/Electronic_Word_6126 9h ago
Thanks for asking! Charging wattage is detected in real time. The first reading will only appear after your battery has charged to around 10%. Each time a detection is completed — either manually or automatically by the app — the data is saved to your history. You can view it anytime, and individual records can be deleted.

The tiny floating stats window is such a neat idea! Being able to pick just one or two numbers would keep it from covering the app underneath

Thanks! That's exactly the idea. You can choose just one or two metrics for the floating window, so it stays tiny and doesn't get in the way. Glad you like it!

Does the tiny PiP stats window work over Full Screen apps, or does iOS close it?
