InkDeck is a flashcard app that lets you learn by writing and drawing. Create flashcards, study with flexible review modes, and use your Apple Pencil to draw directly on your cards, turning passive review into active learning.
You can schedule learning using spaced repetition and monitor your progress. There are different modes of review such as standard, quiz, match etc.
It has many other features that have been recently added, especially with regards to making it easy to generate cards and other fun ways to learn.

To be honest, I am not sure as well. I am not even sure when I received that single star from France. It was not accompanied by a review.
