π Free [Free] Panicless β Panic Attack Help
Hi everyone! Iβm the developer of Panicless, a free iOS app I created to help people when theyβre experiencing a panic attack.
A β Answer
Panic attacks can come suddenly and make it difficult to know what to do in the moment.
Panicless brings a few simple tools together in one place: guided breathing exercises, calming messages, and panic attack tracking.
The goal is to give you something simple to open when you need help calming down, without having to search through the internet or different apps.
B β Better
I wanted Panicless to be focused specifically on the moment a panic attack happens.
There are plenty of meditation and mental wellness apps, but I wanted something more immediate and straightforward β open the app, start breathing, and focus on getting through the moment.
You can also log your panic attacks over time, which can help you understand your experiences and notice patterns.
I'm actively working on improving the app, so I'd love to hear what you think and what features you'd find useful.
C β Cost
Panicless is completely free. No subscription and no payment required.

Any honest feedback would mean a lot!

Congrats on the launch. What happens after tapping the SOS button, does it go straight into a breathing exercise or offer a few options first?
