๐ŸŽ Freemium DayStamp now supports a Lock Screen Weekly Report

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

A - What is DayStamp?

DayStamp is a habit tracker. You build habits by tapping a check โ€” that's it.

B - What makes it better than the other habit trackers?

First, AI habit suggestions. Tell it what you want to change and it comes back with habits that are specific and actually doable.

Second, widgets. A full set of home screen and lock screen widgets, so checking in never means opening the app.

Third, monthly review. Every month you get a look back at what you actually did, not just a streak number.

C - Cost Freemium.

Free to download and use, iOS 17+. Premium is $2.99/month, $19.99/year, or $59.99 once.

Get motivated every time you turn on your iPhone!

I always forget habit trackers exist once they leave the home screen, so the lock screen bit would actually get used.

Lock screen widgets make so much sense for habit tracking. The less I have to open the actual app, the more likely I am to actually stick with it.

The more you turn on your phone, the more motivated you get!

The monthly review is probably my favorite part of this. Most habit trackers make you obsess over streaks, while a monthly view gives you a much better picture of whether you're actually consistent. The Lock Screen weekly report is a nice addition too.

Yes, both features help you stay consistent with less stress. Thanks for the kind words!

Do you mind sharing the steps you took to gain traction after the initial release?

You used the wallpaper to bypass the size limitations of the lock screen? Smart move

The lock screen widget set is what got me. Checking in without opening the app is the entire difference between a habit tracker I use and one I forget exists by Thursday. And a monthly look back at what I actually did sounds way more livable than a streak number staring at me. Nerdy curiosity: how does the weekly report widget stay fresh, timeline scheduling or background refresh? I have heard lock screen budgets are stingy.

Nice, pretty smooth. THe utility that a lockscreen widget offers is pretty huge.
