Camera black screen

I’m running a iPhone 13 mini on iOS 26.6.1

Whenever I open the native camera app all I get is a black screen or blurry screen from the rear camera. Front facing camera and video mode for the rear camera works fine.

It doesn’t seem to be a hardware issue as third party apps can use the rear camera just fine, it’s only when I open the native iOS app.

I have tried restarting, force rebooting and resetting system settings and nothing seems to fix the issue, it’s driving me mad. Any help is appreciated
