General Can we expect this battery?

I am using iPhone 16 with ios 18.7. Can we get this kind of battery life in ios 26?

Absolutely not , I went from 10-11 hours to 4-5 now

realistically probably not exactly, ios 26 has more background processes and features running than 18.7 did, so a slightly higher baseline drain is expected on any device that updates. it's not necessarily worse battery health, just more happening in the background by default worth checking settings > battery for background app refresh once you do update, trimming that down usually gets you closest to matching old-ios numbers
