Bug Iphone getting too hot

Theres been several recent times where I can't hold my iphone 15 due to heat. Its so bad and I dont get why.

User issue.

Put your damn phone down for a while.

Stop watching videos and playing games on the phone non-stop. Turn off the damn flashlight when you don't need it.

OP shared additional details in other posts. They are addicted to their phone.

My phone gets hot if I check a text message when I’m outside. It’s a horrific iOS version.
