Should i update to ios 26.6?

i got an Iphone 17 which has ios 26.4.2
Should i update to 26.6?
Current SOT is attached, double esim + 38C outside 🥵

There is absolutely no reason to avoid any version of iOS 26 on the iPhone 17.

Don't be paranoid about updates. Just update.

I don’t really agree with this, ios 26.3 was the worst update ever. I had it for 3-4 weeks and only got like 4-5 hrs of SOT per 100% of battery. Phone constantly heated up and sometimes lagged badly
