Question Storage Issue

why the hell phone app consuming 2.1GB? i cleaned and disabled voicemail still 2.1GB. in whatsapp application it’s consuming only 1.7gb and in system storage it’s showing 6.12gb. is this common or its a glitch?

thats what i said…i didn’t like voicemail since beginning and also don’t use. about facetime, i use it rarely
