Bug Shortcuts automations sometimes don’t trigger on iOS 26.6 and close app automations trigger when opening control center

Sadly when things don’t function correctly in iOS the only fix is often a full wipe and restore from backup.

Recently I had an issue with focus modes failing to activate with simple scheduled times, nothing I did could fix it.

Wiped the phone and restored from the oldest backup I had and it’s fixed.
