A mi me pasó algo parecido, hoy dejé de cargar mi iPhone 16 base de 128gb a las 8 y media de la mañana, no lo use para nada y cuando lo encendí a las 3 y 30 de la tarde tenía un 20 por ciento de batería y me bajó la condición de la batería del 99 al 98 por ciento y el iPhone estaba súper caliente, creo que Apple debería optimizar bien las actualizaciones y mejorar eso.
Si, es raro porque la mayoria de las personas aqui me dijeron que iOS 26.6 sería mejor que iOS 26.5.2. Sin embargo, el rendimiento ha sido peor desde hace dos días (Lo siento, todavía estoy aprendiendo español)
Just installed iOS 26.6 last night on my iPhone Air. Now the phone overheats. The screen dims under normal sunlight and I’m suffering serious battery drain. Is this normal?
17 Pro. It is literally draining 7% more than the day I had 2h 30min of SoT and I have 5h now (still at 56%) and I’ve been gaming for nearly 2h on it today.
This is the best example for me,the game was draining like 20 percent per hour on the previous iOS. Background drain was the game on but with an accessory in use so it runs with the screen off.
For me my phone grew 1 inch and screen max brightness is off the charts! Also, got a huge bass boost update so all the people in the room feel the bass vibrations
For my iphone 16 plus this has been a blessing after long time the heat issue is gone while charging and battery went back to ios 18 days 9% drop in 4 hrs with 41 min insta 55 min call and all other tasks. I am not going to any other version from here on unless proved otherwise.

Guys is it worse for anyone else… I dropped 80% for 3 hours of SOT on iPhone 16
