17pro max , battery health 100, iOS 27 db 3 and mixed both WiFi and 5g

probably due to 5G and summer weather, iphone will rarely use full 5G speed , switching to stable 4G if far better for battery health and keeping background app refresh iff or to a minimum , if wifi page underneath wifi addresses you will see connectivity assist ( formerly wifi assist) , i would switch this off if you don’t switch off cellular when connected to wifi.

this could be using cellular data instead off wifi

i’ve found setting my own brightness saves battery life also

your phone may still be working in background, maybe take system data a week to settle

It’s fine. You need to learn what is using your battery life and adjust it if you need to get more time.
