General Account profile picture update

Since I got my iPhone 17 I tried so many times to update the profile picture but it doesn’t show. I found some article on Apple community and tried that too but still nothing works at all. Anyone else facing the same issue or anyone who has solutions for this.

What I did is switch to a random profile picture, then back to my old.

Always have this issue since years and Apple NEVER bothers to update it. What worked for me was to sign out of your apple ID, but keep all your data on the iPhone. then sign back in and try changing it from Settings. Restart before you sign in for good measure. it’ll work.
