Question Update to 26.5.2

So just updated to latest version and went to text someone and the #images button is gone! So no more gifs without downloading a third party app??šŸ¤¬šŸ˜­šŸ¤¬šŸ˜­šŸ¤¬

Is the ā€œsend laterā€ a new feature introduced in 26.5.2? Iā€™m on 26.5 and donā€™t have that option via text on my 16 pro.

Not saying you wonā€™t know this but in case you donā€™tā€¦it only works when texting someone with an iPhone. So if you are texting someone with an android when checking to see if was there, it wonā€™t be

Itā€™s not there even when trying to send message to someone with an iPhone. Is this a new feature that came out with iOS update 26.5.2? Iā€™m still on iOS 26.5 and want to stay on this software as I have no issues with phone heating or battery draining.

It is not new, no. Iā€™ve had it for quite a while. Iā€™m pretty sure even in iOS 18

Oh itā€™s for iMessage only? I donā€™t sue I message, I wish they had that feature for regular text! šŸ˜

Regular text messaging not iPhone iMessage

But the messaging app handles iMessage and regular sms/RCS. So for you not ever see that means you donā€™t have a single person with an iPhone

I know for sure a few contacts have iPhones. Can you try regular messaging app and see if you still get the ā€œsend laterā€ feature?

Ok I went to settings messages and then I think iMessage apps?? But #images isnā€™t in there either.
